1 Both Shared and Dedicated VA services are subject to predefined tasks as outlined in the service agreement. Any requests outside of the agreed scope will require additional discussion and potential adjustments to the plan or pricing.
2 Shared VAs are not entitled to leave benefits, and support is only available during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM). No replacement coverage is provided for Dedicated VAs during leave.
3 For Dedicated VA plans, work performed outside regular business hours, including weekends and public holidays, will be billed as overtime.
